This week, Zach chats with Danielle Orrell (she/her), who is a PhD candidate at the University of Windsor studying marine food web dynamics and the movement of fish in the nearshore environment surrounding Ascension Island. Also discussed is her experience studying fish movement and ecology in some incredibly different parts of the world such as the Arctic, The Bahamas, and Mozambique, as well as her experience as a queer woman in the field of fisheries science.
