Sue interviews Dr. Malorie Hayes on her extensive work exploring patterns of fish diversity with specific focus on Southeastern US Darters and South American Catfish. The discussion also includes results of Malorie's collaborative investigation of lung parasites in Burmese pythons an impactful invasive species in the Southeastern US. This interview contains some slightly mature content in the first few minutes.

Her main point: The problem may be more complicated than you think, but the solution is almost certainly more simple!

In this episode all four hosts got together to chat about a myriad of topics. We begin be discussing the American Fisheries Society's Virtual Annual Meeting.
